We are committed to our clients’ privacy and will only collect the minimum information necessarily required to enable you to contact us with questions or an expression of interest in volunteering, receive correspondence from us. This information will generally consist of your name, address and contact details and matters required to your volunteering which you enter into our system from the website.
As explained on our site, donations are made directly to Fremantle Foundation and we do not see or retain any Credit Card information. Your information captured on our web site is not available to anyone other entities.
Your personal information will not be divulged to third parties without your express consent. Customer information including names and addresses will never be sold or licensed to third parties.
No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 per cent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to it and users do so at their own risk. Once we receive your details, we make every effort to ensure they remain secure.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about our Privacy Policy or the collection, use or safe disposal or destruction of your personal information, your complaint should be directed in the first instance to us at: info@kalamundacommunitymatters.com.au
